Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit/an exchange. WE DO NOT REFUND simply because you have changed your mind. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be returned within 14 days of the postal date your order was shipped. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be packaged correctly as to avoid excess damage. Do not return in paper envelopes as these are prone to tearing and damage due to postal machinery and handling.  All returns must be accompanied with our product return form.



To return items, please print our downloadable PRODUCT RETURN FORM.  Please ensure the item is securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase with the product return form and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/store credit. Please allow at least 5 days to process returns from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange/store credit. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.  For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns to help with restocking and administration labour costs.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes promotions
  • If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, a $3.00 cancellation fee will be charged to cover bank charges. 
  • Images, shapes and colours may vary according to quality of colour on PCs, mobile phones, laptops and IPad. We strive to ensure all images, are true to colour as much possible, and understand colours may differ from original photos.  All photos are taken under natural light.
